With deep humility, I reflect on the journey that has unfolded over the past two years since my last public teaching. In November 2022, I entrusted the administrative board with the responsibility of continuing the legacy we had built together, hoping they would carry it forward. Regrettably, things didn't unfold as anticipated. Many, driven by pain, anger, or personal resentment, chose to abandon the teachings cultivated over 14 years, creating a void for those who had come to Beth Yeshua seeking spiritual nourishment.
Upon stepping back, I made a personal commitment to refrain from leading a synagogue again, and even contemplated ceasing public teaching altogether. Now, almost two years later, I find myself approached by faithful friends and brothers who still seek my teachings and conversations. Despite our old YouTube channel remaining accessible with over 300 teachings, I continue to encounter individuals asking when I might resume teaching.
The pain from my departure admittedly instilled in me a reluctance to return to public teaching. However, after some practice sessions with my wife and friends, it's become apparent that there remains a community of followers who still wish to hear from me. I approach this realization with a sense of quiet gratitude and careful consideration for the path ahead.
